Heat Regenerating System (HRS)
HRS is the most efficient waste heat recovery system using direct contact method for heat exchange. The heat exchange. The heat exchange is done with the help of twin ceramic towers, through which the hot gas (heating medium) and cold gas (heated medium) passes alternatively. The ceramic tower is heated with the flue or waste hot gas, thus recovering the heat and storing in the special ceramic bed. Them the cold air or gas is allowed to pass through the same tower to regenerate heat from ceramic bed to be utilized in the process.
This ensures maximum amount of heat is recovered from waste gases thus making it the most efficient method of WASTE HEAT RECOVERY with tremendous fuel savings.
